Little Shares is a financial holding and facilitation platform. We provide tools that help parents, guardians, and families save and invest money for children. Little Shares is not a direct trading platform. We do not directly execute, clear, or settle investment trades. All investment transactions and custody of assets are handled by third-party, regulated financial institutions, such as registered broker-dealers and custodians.

Any investment options, examples, or educational materials displayed on the platform are provided for general informational purposes only.

User Responsibility & Independent Research

All investment decisions made through Little Shares are initiated by the user. Users are responsible for reviewing, researching, and deciding which investments to select and when to contribute or withdraw funds. Users should carefully consider their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance, and may wish to consult an independent financial, tax, or legal professional.

Certain funds on the Little Shares platform may be designated for education-related use, while others may allow more flexible withdrawal purposes. Fees, penalties, taxes, or documentation requirements may apply depending on the account type, use of funds, and applicable laws. Little Shares does not determine tax treatment.
